What payment options do you offer?
You can purchase a shirt from the Wing Kong Exchange with a major credit card through PayPal. I also accept money orders, cashier's checks, and personal checks (though with a waiting period). You could also put cash in an envelope in the mail to me, but I don't recommend it.

Do you take Money Orders or Personal Checks?
Yes. You will need to mail it to me. Please contact me at for my mailing address. Be sure to let me know what you want to order before sending payment so I can make sure I have it in stock. Note that I need several days to clear Personal Checks before I can ship.

I used PayPal. Why does my payment need time to clear?
It's because you ordered using the "eCheck" method, which PayPal requires several days to clear. If you're confused about this, I suggest contacting PayPal for clarification. Note that I must wait for payments to clear before I can ship orders.

How much is shipping to the USA?
For the first 3 shirts, shipping to the USA is a flat $7 rate, which covers the price of Priority Mail, packaging, tracking, and handling. Shipping then goes up according to the number of shirts you buy. You can save money on shipping for larger orders by contacting me personally at and ordering a 5 or 6 demon bag deal!

How much is shipping to the UK, Canada, or Australia?
Most single shirt shipments outside the US is a flat $9 rate, which covers the price of Air Mail, packaging, and handling. Two shirts get Global Priority Mail treatment for $15. Shipping then goes up according to the number of shirts you buy. Contact me for details.

How much is shipping to Italy?
After numerous bad experiences with Italian orders, I must now charge $13.50 to Italian customers for 1-4 shirts. This covers Global Priority Mail, which Italy appears to accept now, and it should take 1-3 weeks to arrive. Sorry, customs always seems to delay orders to Italy!
2.4 How long do shipments take to arrive?
I usually ship all orders every Saturday unless specifically requested to ship earlier. US orders take from 2-3 business days to arrive, while Non-US orders can take up to a week. If you live in Italy, orders have been known to take several weeks to arrive.
2.5 Hey, I ordered my shirt last Sunday. Why isn't it here yet?
Again, I ship all orders every Saturday. If you place your order after the cutoff point, I won't be able to ship it until the following Saturday. If you need your order shipped sooner, please contact me and I'll try to accommodate your request.
2.6 Why do you only ship on Saturdays?
It's just me running the show. I work fulltime during the week and it's difficult to make multiple Post Office runs.
2.7 Can you ship my shirts overnight?
Sorry, I can only ship your Priority Mail shirts sooner than Saturdays if you personally request it, and it will still take 1-3 business days to arrive.

Do you charge sales tax on your shirts?
If your address is outside of California, there is no sales tax.
For all orders shipped to California, I have to charge the current sales tax rate of 9.75%.

What are the sizes of your shirts?
I ship shirts in size Small through 2XL.

Returns and Exchanges

What is your return and exchange policy?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase and would like to exchange it for a different shirt or size, you can ship it back to me (in good, resellable condition) and I will ship you a replacement.
If you would like a refund, just ship it back (in good, resellable condition) and I will issue a full refund.
Note that I am not responsible for items that are lost in the mail or sent to a wrong address if the wrong address was provided to me. Items that bounce back to me can be resent to you, but you will be responsible for paying for shipping again. Sorry!
