Uncle Chu is the Cantonese Chef at the Black Pool and uncle to Wang Chi. He has close ties to Egg Shen and knows much about Chinese history and philosophy. He looks a lot like Mao Tse Tung and his telephones in the restaurant are unreliable. Uncle Chu has a large salad bar with many selections and is known to make a mean Kung Pao Chicken.
