As long as it's a sequel and not a remake, I feel like everything is good. Just be Jack's son and then you can't mess up the original.

They could do a lot of sequels with a number of actors since he probably has a number sons he doesn't know about.

Just think. There could be a whole mullet wearing army of Jack's progeny. Male and female. I think we need to explore this.
